I had been exercising on my own since a long time but there were few exercises which I used to do incorrectly. As a result, I had developed mild pain in few of my joints. After getting trained with Mith not only has my pain subsided but my strength has also improved. He’s also very non fussy about timings and easily accommodates any change in schedule.
